I started in eCommerce over 10 years ago, managing the marketing and eCommerce store for our small, family business. 

I worked for one of the UK’s top Shopify eCommerce agencies for 5+ years, learning and growing as a marketer, QA Tester and eCommerce Analyst.

I took a leap and became the Marketing & Optimisation Manager for a growing eCommerce brand.

Finally, I took an even bigger leap and set out on my own as an eCommerce & CX Consultant.
